Luanda, 7/9 - The Embassy of Brazil in Angola issued in 2009 over 30,000 visas to Angolans that visited that South American country, announced that country’s ambassador to Angola.

Lucy Peterson said so on  Tuesday, during a visit to ANGOP, under the commemorations of the 188 years of the independence of Brazil, being marked this Tuesday.

The source said that at least 18,000 visas were designed for tourism and the rest for medical treatment and training.

According to her, this movement represents the good level of the existing co-operation between the two countries, which is more and more gratifying for Angolans seeking training or other kind of service that Brazil can offer.
